- How do I log in?
- Staff sign in with their Organization ID, username, and password at the login screen. Organization admins and managers can also sign in with their email address.
- How do I clock in and out?
- Open the Time Clock screen from your dashboard to clock in and out of your shift. Your location may be requested at clock-in to verify you're on-site for compliance purposes.
- I forgot my password.
- Use the "Forgot password" link on the login screen to reset it yourself, or ask your organization's administrator to reset it for you.
- Who do I contact about my account or organization?
- Your organization's administrator manages accounts, homes, and schedules. Reach out to them first for account, scheduling, or organization-specific questions.
